Аннотация

В статье рассматривается перспектива становления научно-образовательных центров (НОЦ) мирового уровня как новых драйверов развития инновационной экономики России. Первостепенная роль акселератора инноваций переходит к регионам, обеспечивающим синергетический эффект для экономического прорыва и достижения стратегических задач развития страны. В основе концепции НОЦ лежит идея создания уникальной экосреды, способствующей беспрепятственному ведению научной и инновационной деятельности.

Abstract

The article considers the prospect of the establishment of world-class scientific and educational centers as new drivers for the development of Russia's innovative economy. The primary role of the innovation accelerator goes to the regions that provide a synergistic effect for the economic breakthrough and achieve the strategic objectives of the country's development. The concept of the scientific and educational centers is based on the idea of creating a unique environment that promotes the smooth conduct of scientific and innovative activities.
