ПОЛИТИЧЕСКИЕ ЭЛИТЫ В СОВРЕМЕННОМ МИРЕ: ФУНКЦИОНИРОВАНИЕ И ФАКТОРЫ ОБНОВЛЕНИЯ

Аннотация

В статье проводится анализ специфики функционирования политических элит в современном мире. Рассматриваются явные и скрытые факторы, способствующие обновлению политических элит. Делается вывод, что доминирующая позиция в обновлении политических элит в современном мире принадлежит экономическим и политическим факторам. Однако данные факторы не исчерпывают всё своеобразие современных реалий и важное значение также принадлежит информационно-коммуникативным составляющим, играющим обслуживающую, но значимую роль в политических играх международной и национальных элит. Выделены формы взаимозависимости политики и экономики: внешняя, внутренняя, скрытая.

Abstract

The article analyzes the specifics of the functioning of political elites in the modern world. We consider the obvious and hidden factors that contribute to the renewal of political elites. It is concluded that the dominant position in the renewal of political elites in the modern world belongs to economic and political factors. However, these factors do not exhaust all the originality of modern realities, and information and communication components also play an important role in the political games of international and national elites. The forms of interdependence of politics and economy are highlighted: external, internal, and hidden.
