Аннотация

Данная статья посвящена неразрывному взаимодействию институтов гражданского общества и научно-культурной элиты в вопросах формированию социального облика государства, а также оценке места и роли элит в процессе формирования и функционирования общественных организаций в регионах. Рассмотрено многообразие форм совместной работы власти и общества в решении одной из основных задач российской политической системы – обеспечения свободного гармоничного развития личности, предоставления каждому гражданину возможностей для творческого развития и самореализации.

Abstract

This article is devoted to the inextricable interaction of civil society institutions and the scientific and cultural elite in the formation of the social image of the state, as well as an assessment of the place and role of elites in the process of the formation and functioning of public organizations in the regions. The variety of forms of joint work of power and society in solving one of the main tasks of the Russian political system - ensuring the free harmonious development of the individual, providing each citizen with opportunities for creative development and self-realization, was considered.
