ДИНАМИКА ЭТНОГЕНДЕРНЫХ УСТАНОВОК НАСЕЛЕНИЯ ЮГА РОССИИ В СОЦИАЛЬНО-ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ СФЕРЕ

Аннотация

В статье на материалах повторно-сравнительных социологических исследований с 2004 по 2020 гг. анализируется динамика гендерных установок населения Юга России. Анализируется отношение к возможностям карьерного продвижения женщин в образовании, медицине, бизнесе, финансах, производственной деятельности, политике и силовых ведомствах. В традиционалистских республиках (Ингушетия, Дагестан) растет консерватизм среди мужчин, в переходных республиках (Карачаево-Черкесия, Кабардино-Балкария) устойчиво позитивное отношение среди женщин и рост нейтрального восприятия среди мужчин. Но фиксируется тяготение гендерных оценок титульного населения Адыгеи к традиционному полюсу. Наибольшая степень выраженности модернизированных установок и сближение гендерных подгрупп в данных установках наблюдается в разные годы в Ростовской области. А также в целом, большая часть женщин различных субрегионов Юга России устойчиво ориентирована на деконструкцию традиционного гендерного дисплея. В то же время несовпадение этнотерриториальных сегментов в установках относительно социально-профессиональной активности женщин выступает фактором, затрудняющим социетальную интеграцию поликультурного Юга России.

Abstract

The article analyses the dynamics of gender attitudes of the South Russian population using the material of the repeated comparative sociological research conducted from 2004 to 2020. In the article the author analyses the attitude to the possibilities of career promotion for the female population in education, medi-cine, business, finance, production, politics and security agencies. In the conformist republics (the Republic of Ingushetia, the Republic of Dagestan) there is an increasing conservative trend, whereas the transi-tive republics (the Karachay-Cherkessia Republic, the Kabardino-Balkar Republic) are described by the approving stable attitude among the female and growing neutral attitude among the male population. Although, gender attitudes of the title nation in the Republic of Adygea are inclined to the conformist’s pole. Modernized orientations and gender subgroups coming closer within the given attitudes have been detected in Rostov region over the number of years. In general, a substantial part of the female population of various South Russian subregions is targeted at the deconstruction of traditional gender display. Simultaneously there is an incongruity of ethno-territorial segments within the attitudes towards the female socio-professional ambitions, which turns into the factor hindering societal integration of the multicultural South of Russia.
