Аннотация

This article analyzes the phenomenon of civil culture in political science. The investigation allows to state that civil culture is not only a system of worldviews, but also one of the important attributions of political modernization, including a system of norms and values governing the civil, economic, social and political rights and freedoms. This problem has a multidimensional character.
