В статье представлена структура организационной культуры и авторская методика анализа, позволяющая оценивать уровень и силу культуры организации как одного из определяющих факторов ее долгосрочного финансового успеха. Рассмотрена история исследований организационной культуры, приведены практические результаты разных управленческих подходов к этой проблеме.

Abstract

The article presents the structure of the organizational culture and author methodic of analysis to assess the level and because of the culture of the Organization as one of the determining factors of its long-term financial success.
