Аннотация

В статье рассмотрены методические подходы к моделированию оценки эффективности жилищно-коммунального хозяйства как особо значимой и проблемной сферы пересечения социальных и экономических интересов государства и населения. Раскрываются наиболее важные факторы и подходы формирования модели оценки эффективности жилищной политики. Предложены разные сценарии, что важно для разработки программ социально-экономического развития территорий.

Abstract

In article methodical approaches to modeling of an assessment of efficiency of housing and communal services, as especially significant and problem sphere of crossing of social and economic interests of the state and population are considered. The most important factors and approaches of formation of model of an assessment of efficiency of housing policy reveal. On a basis of the presented model of an assessment of efficiency of the housing-and-municipal sphere different scenarios of its functioning in the region that is very important for development of programs of social and economic development of territories are offered.
