РЕГИОНАЛЬНАЯ КАДРОВАЯ ПОЛИТИКА В УСЛОВИЯХ КРИЗИСА: ПРОБЛЕМЫ И ПУТИ ИХ РЕШЕНИЯ

Аннотация

В статье рассмотрены состояние, проблемы и специфика региональной кадровой политики на уровне субъектов РФ. Представлен компаративный анализ социально-экономических показате-лей в разрезе федеральных округов РФ. Показана динамика уровня безработицы на уровне макро-регионов РФ. Предложены конкретные меры по устранению негативных явлений, возникающих при реализации региональной кадровой политики в условиях кризиса и формировании эффективной кадровой деятельности.

Abstract

In the article the status, problems and specific regional human resources policy at the level of subjects of the Russian Federation are described. Comparative analysis of socio-economic indicators by federal districts of the Russian Federation is presented. Changes in the level of unemployment at the level of macro-regions of the Russian Federation are shown. Concrete measures to eliminate the negative effects arising from the implementation of the regional personnel policy in the crisis and the formation of an effective human resources activities are proposed.
