СОЦИАЛЬНЫЙ ТРЕНД В УСЛОВИЯХ МАКРОЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ НЕСТАБИЛЬНОСТИ

Аннотация

В статье раскрываются проблемы обеспечения социального роста в условиях макроэкономической нестабильности, рассматривается зависимость социального тренда от состояния макроэкономической среды, анализируются эндогенные и экзогенные факторы макроэкономической нестабильности в современных условиях. Негативное влияние макроэкономической нестабильности на социальный прогресс обусловлено неизбежностью снижения стимулов и возможностей для накопления человеческого капитала, углубления дифференциации доходов населения и роста государственных расходов на обеспечение социальных гарантий и социальной защиты.

Abstract

In the article there are disclosed the problems of social growth in an environment of macroeconomic instability, there is considered dependent of the social trend of the macroeconomic environment, analyzed the endogenous and exogenous factors of macroeconomic instability in the modern world. The negative impact of macroeconomic instability in the social progress is due to the inevitable reduction of incentives and opportunities for the accumulation of human capital, deepening income differentiation and growth of public spending on social guarantees and social protection.
