В статье рассмотрены результаты исследования автора в сфере управления развитием нематериальных ресурсов. Проанализирована роль нематериальных ресурсов на микроуровне. Представлена модель управления потенциалом развития нематериальных ресурсов на региональном уровне. Рассматриваются факторы, определяющие потенциал нематериальных ресурсов в региональном развитии. Оценены перспективы реализации национальных проектов. Данная статья охватывает проблемы определения роли и места нематериальных ресурсов в региональном развитии.

Abstract

The paper presents the results of the author's research in the field of management of development of non-material resources. The author analyzes the role of non-material resources at the micro level. The paper presents a model of management potential of development of non-material resources at the regional level. The paper deals with factors that determine development of non-material resources at the regional level. The realization prospects of national projects are estimated. The paper covers the problems of definition of role and location of non-material resources at the regional development.
