НАЗНАЧЕНИЕ ИЛИ ВЫБОРЫ ГЛАВ РЕСПУБЛИК СЕВЕРНОГО КАВКАЗА: МНЕНИЕ ДАГЕСТАНСКОГО ИЗБИРАТЕЛЯ

Аннотация

На материалах результатов социологического опроса через национальный и возрастной фактор показаны установки и отношение дагестанцев к избранию главы Республики Дагестан через всенародные выборы, депутатами Народного Собрания Республики Дагестан, посредством назначения Президентом Российской Федерации, критерии выбора руководителя региона, оценка последствий внедрения всенародного голосования на возможность межнационального противостояния, показан уровень авторитетности и доверия к федеральной и республиканской власти, показаны политическая активность, политическое участие и политическая культура населения.

Abstract

The article contains the existing social position of the nationwide system of election of heads of the North Caucasus region. On materials the results of a poll by the national and the age factor shows the ratio of plant and Dagestanis to elect the head of the Republic of Dagestan through popular elections, members of the National Assembly of the Republic, through the appointment of the President of the Russian Federation, the criteria for selecting the head of the region, assess the consequences of the introduction of the popular vote to the possibility of inter-ethnic conflict, shows the level of credibility and confidence in the federal and republican authorities show political activity, political participation and political culture of the population.
