Статья посвящена анализу развития правовых норм в области интеллектуальной собственности, начиная со становления начальных форм капиталистических отношений, являющихся экономической основой появления интеллектуальной собственности как теоретического понятия и политико-правового явления социальной жизни. Показаны общие тенденции развития политико-правовых норм в области защиты интеллектуальных тенденций. Показана зависимость правовых норм от моральных и экономических ограничений и тенденций развития. Указана необходимость анализа текущего состояния сферы правовой защиты интеллектуальной собственности в глобальных масштабах.

Abstract

This article analyzes the development of legal norms in the field of intellectual property, since becoming the primary forms of capitalist relations, which are the economic basis of the appearance of intellectual property as a theoretical concept, political and legal conditions of social life. Shows the general trends in the development of political and legal standards for the protection of intellectual trends. The dependence of the legal norms of the moral and economic constraints and the need to analyze trends of development. Indicated the necessity of analysis of the current state of the field of legal protection of intellectual property on a global scale.
