ИНДИКАТОРЫ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ РЕГИОНАЛЬНЫХ ВЛАСТЕЙ В ОБЛАСТИ РАЗВИТИЯ ЭКОНОМИКИ

Аннотация

Органы государственной власти субъектов РФ, сами являясь объектом оценки со стороны Президента РФ и Правительства РФ, не обладают надежными механизмами достижения оцениваемых показателей, однако, в соответствии с Федеральном законом от 06.10.1999 № 184-ФЗ самостоятельны в вопросах формирования таких механизмов. В статье обоснована система показателей для проведения оценки эффективности деятельности органов исполнительной власти субъекта РФ в области развития экономики. Такая оценка рассматривается авторами как инструмент управления деятельностью региональных органов исполнительный власти по достижению целей социально-экономического развития субъекта РФ.

Abstract

The bodies of state power of RF subjects, themselves being subject to assessment by the President of the Russian Federation and the Government do not have reliable mechanisms to achieve the estimated figures, however, in accordance with the Federal Law of 06.10.1999 number 184-FZ - independent in the formation of such mechanisms. In the article the system of indicators to assess the effectiveness of the executive authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of economic development. This assessment is considered by the authors as a management tool of regional executive authorities to achieve the objectives of social and economic development of the Russian Federation.
