Abstract

The article considers the necessity of creation of national innovative capacity of the country based on its’ own unique and innovative technologies and their diffusion in all sectors of the economy, as well as develop-ing innovative paradigm of scientific management with humane and social orientation of innovative devel-opment of the country under transition to the 6-th technological structure of industry. The understanding that man is the bearer of innovative development philosophy of the new society is claimed.
