Аннотация

В статье освещены гендерные проблемы РФ и их влияние на рождаемость, а также депопуляцию населения. Рассмотрены гендерные аспекты занятости, гендерный разрыв в оплате труда и его негативное влияние на экономико-демографическое развитие страны. Выявлены особенности распределения ресурсов между полами и их взаимосвязь с демографическими процессами. Рас-смотрены проблемы «двойной занятости» у женщин (домашний труд, труд на рабочем месте).

Abstract

The article highlights the gender of the Russian Federation and their impact on the birth rate and depopulation. We consider gender aspects of employment, the gender pay gap and its negative impact on the economic and demographic development of the country. The features of the allocation of resources between the sexes and their relationship to demographic processes. The problems of "dual employment" for women (domestic work, work in the workplace).
