СТРУКТУРНО-ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНАЯ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО СЕКТОРА В РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ

Аннотация

Статья посвящена анализу сущности государственного сектора и определению его роли в экономике государства. Анализ существующих исследований государственного сектора свидетельствует об отсутствии единого подхода, в том числе в нормативных правовых актах Российской Федерации. В результате, автор акцентирует внимание на необходимости конкретизации понятия «государственный сектор» в законодательстве Российской Федерации в целях уточнения функций и задач данного сектора государства.

Abstract

Article is devoted to the analysis of an entity of public sector and determination of its role in economy of the state. The analysis of the existing researches of public sector confirms absence of uniform approach, including in regulations of the Russian Federation. As a result, the author focuses attention to need of a specification of the concept "public sector" of the legislation of the Russian Federation for the purpose of specification of functions and tasks of this sector of the state.
