ОСНОВНЫЕ ТЕНДЕНЦИИ И ПРОБЛЕМЫ РАЗВИТИЯ GR-МЕНЕДЖМЕНТА

Аннотация

Основной целью написания статьи является рассмотрение содержания GR-менеджмента как совокупности средств и форм конструктивного диалога бизнес-структур с органами публичной власти и выявление проблем, препятствующих его развитию в современных российских условиях. Особое внимание обращается на различный характер взаимодействия представителей частного предпринимательства с органами местной администрации городских округов Волгоградской области. Авторы приходят к заключению о том, что GR-менеджмент – это один из эффективных вариантов установления и развития взаимодействия между бизнес-структурами и органами публичного управления с целью выражения экономических интересов бизнес-структур в системе государственного и муниципального регулирования экономических отношений.

Abstract

The main purpose of the article is to review the content of GR-management as a combination of means and forms of a constructive dialogue of business structures with public authorities and identify problems that impede its development in modern Russian conditions. Particular attention is drawn to the different na-ture of the interaction of representatives of private entrepreneurship with the local administration of the urban districts of the Volgograd region. The authors come to the conclusion that GR-management is one of the effective options for establishing and developing interaction between business structures and public authorities with the aim of expressing the economic interests of business structures in the system of state and municipal regulation of economic relations.
