ТЕХНИЧЕСКОЕ РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЕ КАК ИНСТРУМЕНТ ПОВЫШЕНИЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПОСОБНОСТИ ЕВРАЗИЙСКОГО БИЗНЕСА

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются текущее состояние, а также факторы развития единого рынка товаров в Евразийском экономическом союзе (ЕАЭС). Проведен анализ нормативной правовой базы, составляющей основу технического регулирования в ЕАЭС, сделаны выводы о приоритетных направлениях развития технического регулирования и стандартизации для целей дальнейшей интеграции и повышения конкурентоспособности бизнеса стран- участниц ЕАЭС.

Abstract

The article considers the current state, as well as the factors of the development of an integrated commodity market in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEC). The analysis of the normative legal base that forms the basis of the technical regulation in the EAEC has been made and the conclusions on the priority directions for the devel-opment of technical regulation and standardization for the purposes of further integration and increasing the competitiveness of the EAEC member countries business have been made.
