В статье освещены проблемы, связанные с подготовкой кадров и формированием кадрового резерва на государственной и муниципальной службе. Рассмотрены пути решения данных проблем путем развития компетенций кандидатов, а также проанализированы основные подходы, связанные с формированием кадрового резерва.

Abstract

The article highlights the problems associated with the training and formation of personnel reserve for the state and municipal service. The ways of solving these problems through the development of competencies of candi-dates, as well as the basic approaches associated with the formation of a personnel reserve.
