Аннотация

В настоящее время меняется роль науки и технологий в развитии любого госу-дарства. Наука является одним из важнейших национальных ресурсов, основой техноло-гического развития страны и экономического роста. Сегодня на мировых рынках това-ров и услуг при определении конкурентоспособности его участников акцент делается не на способности провести научно-исследовательские и опытно-конструкторские работы и разработке новых технологий и продуктов, а на способности быстрой коммерциализации полученных результатов, а так же на их практическом использовании в производстве. Именно поэтому развитие науки и технологий остается национальной задачей, обеспечивающей экономико-технологический суверенитет, конкурентоспособность экономики и защиту национальных интересов нашей страны.

Abstract

At present, the role of science and technology in the development of any state is changing. Science is one of the most important national resources, the basis of the country's technological develop-ment and economic growth. Today, in the world markets of goods and services, in determining the competitiveness of its participants, the emphasis is not on the ability to conduct research and development work and develop new technologies and products, but on the ability to rapidly commercialize the results obtained, as well as on their practical use in production . That is why the development of science and technology remains a national task, ensuring economic and technological sovereignty, competitiveness of the economy and protection of national interests of our country.
