ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ СИСТЕМЫ МОНИТОРИНГА СТРУКТУРНОГО РАЗВИТИЯ РЕГИОНАЛЬНОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ

Аннотация

В настоящее время формирование системы мониторинга структурного развития региональной экономики является важнейшим фактором функционирования регионов, так как данная система является одним из эффективных способов определения и своевременного реагирования на проблемы, возникающие в различных аспектах управленческой деятельности на региональных и муниципальных уровнях. Целью работы является формирование системы мониторинга структурного развития региональной экономики. В статье проведена демаркация понятия мониторинга региональной экономики, определены его основные функции, принципы и характеристики, рассмотрены основные этапы, связанные с разработкой концептуальной модели мониторинга структурного развития региональной экономики. Сформирована система показателей проведения мониторинга в соответствии с видами управления структурной региональной экономики, что позволило выделить основные подходы социально-экономического мониторинга и провести сравнительную характеристику показателей мониторинга структурного развития экономики в актуализированных стратегиях субъектов РФ.

Abstract

At present, the formation of a system for monitoring the structural development of the regional economy is the most important factor in the functioning of the regions, since this system is one of the effective ways to identify and respond to problems arising in various aspects of management at the regional and municipal levels. The aim of the work is to form a monitoring system for the structural development of the regional economy. The article describes the concept of monitoring the regional economy, identifies its main functions, principles and characteristics, shows the main stages associated with the development of a conceptual model for monitoring the structural development of the regional economy. A system of monitoring indicators was formed in accordance with the types of management of structural regional economies, which made it possible to identify the main approaches of socio-economic monitoring and to conduct a comparative description of indicators of monitoring structural development of the economy in the updated strategies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
