ОПТИМИЗАЦИЯ ИНТЕГРАЦИОННОГО ПРОЦЕССА В СФЕРЕ ПРОГРАМММНО-ЦЕЛЕВОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ СОЦИАЛЬНО-ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИМ РАЗВИТИЕМ РЕГИОНОВ РФ

Аннотация

В статье изложены результаты исследования целесообразности межрегиональной интеграции. По результатам изучения выявлены ведущие показатели интеграционного потенциала региональных целевых программ развития. Приведена матричная модель оптимизации интеграционного процесса, учитывающая неравномерность получения перспективных результатов целевого регионального развития. Доказано, что партнерство регионов в целевом развитии территорий является более предпочтительным, чем реализация локальных стратегий.

Abstract

The article presents the results of the study of the feasibility of inter-regional integration. According to the results of the study, the leading indicators of the integration potential of regional targeted development programs were identified. The matrix model for the optimization of the integration process, which takes into account the unevenness of obtaining promising results of targeted regional development, is presented. It is proved that the partnership of the regions in the target development of territories is more preferable than the implementation of local strategies.
